Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services, a subsidiary of Globus Medical Inc., seeks a Sr Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring in field settings across the United States. You will work with leading surgeons, monitor patients’ nervous systems during procedures, and contribute to ongoing innovations with comprehensive training and career development opportunities.

This field-based role requires travel up to 25% and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent
• CNIM certification required
• 5+ years’ experience in intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM)
• Operating Room experience required
• Ability to transport and set up equipment totaling 50lbs in OR

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed medical history and discuss patient structures at risk with surgeon
• Communicate monitoring information to surgical team during cases
• Label waveforms and calculate latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times
• Identify protocols and troubleshoot to ensure accurate data collection
• Maintain all neuromonitoring equipment and complete required documentation
