Job summary

Storage Solutions, a Jungheinrich Company, in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Senior Automation Project Manager to lead intralogistics projects from contract signing to customer acceptance. You will coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in project management, a background in materials handling or warehouse technology, and strong MS Office and CAD capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical/electrical/IT or industrial engineering with logistics focus.
• 5+ years in project management, ideally as general contractor.
• Knowledge of logistics, material handling, automated warehouse tech, and IT for material flow.
• Experience implementing turnkey materials handling projects.
• MS Office expert; MS Project and Excel.
• Can read CAD drawings.
• English is confident in spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

• Implement automated logistics systems on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors with Purchasing.
• Interface between customer and internal/external partners.
• Maintain updated project schedule internally and externally.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to teams and management.
• Transfer projects from planning/design to execution.
• Prepare scope of supply and services; support IT requirements discussions.
• Create risk assessments and support commissioning and aftersales.
