Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Manager, Interoperability Operations & Device Enablement to lead U.S. Level 3 support for customer interoperability and connected device solutions in Fort Worth, TX.

You will drive incident management, vendor relationships, and lifecycle operations for Passive Scanners, Edge Devices, DICOM, and EHR integrations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and experience in healthcare interoperability, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare interoperability technologies preferred.
• Experience managing vendors and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the U.S. time-zone L3 lead for interoperability solutions, coordinating investigation and resolution of complex issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and lifecycle of connected devices, including provisioning and support.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure operational readiness and device supportability.
