Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
• Fluent English reading/writing/communication
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
• Experience in troubleshooting networks and general IT issues
• Some travel up to 25% to attend meetings and conferences

Responsibilities

• Ensure Alcon Vision Suite installs are connected in a timely manner
• Drive connectivity on all Alcon hardware and software product lines
• Manage all phases of Project Plans for hardware and software integrations
• Define data flow map for customer integrations
• Create presentations for customers and Alcon teams at all levels including executives
