Alcon is seeking an ISS Product Integrations Leader to drive the integration of Alcon products into the Intelligent Service Solutions ecosystem. You will own connectivity, interoperability, onboarding, launch readiness, and technical transfer with global teams.

The role partners with Product R&D, Global Franchise, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and service organizations, located at Alcon's Lake Forest, CA office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product integration, medical device software, or healthcare technology environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and executive-ready presentation skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as DICOM, HL7, and FHIR.

Aufgaben

• Own ISS connectivity, interoperability requirements, governance, documentation, and approval flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate service needs into clear requirements and guidance.
• Lead product onboarding for AVS Devices and related ISS capabilities, including roadmap and readiness status.
• Define ISS launch readiness deliverables and coordinate readiness reviews for go/no-go decisions.
• Lead technical transfer and knowledge synchronization with Global/Regional Services and Product Support teams.
