Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced Arms Control Analyst and Site Lead to guide a multidisciplinary team in arms control, nonproliferation, and strategic deterrence for USAF programs. You will analyze complex problems and deliver senior-level recommendations, while managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating with partners.

The role requires strong leadership, policy analysis, and training design capabilities, plus a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in arms control, deterrence or related security programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing operations.
• Experience designing, developing, and conducting training programs, exercises, and inspections.
• Experience with ACES and IRSS systems.
• Knowledge of DoW modernization and treaty compliance effects.
• Ability to assess weapons systems, force posture and trends.
• Ability to support client-sponsored conferences and meetings.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and resource allocation for the team.
• Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership on arms control issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, government agencies and international partners.
• Develop and disseminate control policy and training materials.
