Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Arms Control Analyst and Site Lead to analyze complex problems and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership while overseeing daily site operations for the USAF client.

You will apply policy, technical, and analytical skills to support a full range of arms control activities including policy formulation, dissemination, compliance, exercises, training, modernization and acquisition, and conference support.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in arms control, nonproliferation or related security programs.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing operations.
  • Experience in training, exercises, and inspections.
  • Familiarity with ACES and IRSS systems.
  • Knowledge of DoW modernization impacts on treaty compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and guide the service team.
  • Assess and advise on arms control measures for the USAF client.
  • Support policy formulation, dissemination and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, government agencies, and international partners.
