Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Assistant International Controller to oversee international finance operations, including APAC/LATAM entities, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting. You will supervise monthly closes, lead accounting teams, and drive process improvements across global subsidiaries.

The role requires CPA/CA/MBA with 7–10 years in Finance, ERP experience (SAP), and strong communication skills. Travel up to 10% may be required; competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting capabilities.
• Experience leading accounting teams and preparing consolidated statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly/quarterly close with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Manage AP/AR and coordination of statutory audits and tax filings.
• Lead and develop Accounting Managers and team members.
