Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Assistant International Controller to oversee financial close, accounting, and reporting for APAC and LATAM entities. You will supervise monthly close, reconcile ledgers, manage receivables and payables, and help implement policies to streamline processes.

Strong CPA/CA/MBA credentials and SAP/Excel skills are preferred. The role reports to the International Controller and requires leadership of accounting staff, ensuring compliance with GAAP and country standards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• CPA/CA/MBA – Finance preferred.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting technical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and proficiency with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise monthly and quarterly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and related reviews.
• Manage collection of receivables and monitor accounts payable.
• Develop and implement policies to improve close and reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting with focus on AP/AR and consolidate financial statements.
