Job summary

Global University Systems seeks a Senior Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment. You will oversee student recruitment, business development, account management and marketing events for B2B channels across regions.

Collaborate with Directors to build B2B channels and implement marketing strategies to promote international student recruitment for GUS. You will represent one of our universities or colleges located in Europe, North America or Asia.

Qualifications

• Experience with international student recruitment for Higher Education.
• Established agency network with key stakeholders in these agencies.
• Understanding of industry trends for strategic planning and forecasting.
• Developed and trained education agents to promote the brand.
• Experience sourcing agents from fairs, business trips, enquiries or referrals.
• Experience generating new revenue from existing streams and finding new opportunities.
• Proven track record in identifying and supporting potential business partners and growing client relationships.
• Experience in client research including meetings with industry players.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all student recruitment activities, business development, account management and marketing events for B2B channels.
• Collaborate with Company Directors to develop B2B channels and implement marketing and sales strategies for international student recruitment.
• Represent the university/college brand internationally (Europe, North America or Asia).
