Job summary

Saalex Corporation in Saint Inigoes, MD is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a complex, multi-location contract. This full-time role is hybrid, with 2 days onsite weekly, and requires coordinating across departments and with the Government COR.

Candidates should have 8+ years in program management, at least 4 years in C6ISR, 4+ years in supervision, and an active PMP certification. A Master’s degree in engineering/IT is required, along with an active Top Secret clearance (SSBI) to start.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in program management.
• At least four years in military C6ISR planning, organizat<ing>, directing, and controlling multiple projects.
• At least four years of management or supervisory experience.
• Active PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the overall contracted program.
• Serve as primary interface with Government COR on technical and program issues.
• Oversee contractor execution of TO requirements and resource management.
• Formulate policies and manage daily operations of the program.
