Job summary

Manhattan Strategy Group is seeking a Protocol Specialist to support USTDA with event management, logistics, outreach and related activities. The role includes planning and implementing partnership-building activities such as reverse trade missions, conferences, forums, workshops, trainings, and other events.

Responsibilities cover venue and vendor coordination, travel and on-site logistics, support for high-level delegations and U.S.

Qualifications

• Five or more years supporting protocol for international delegations with high-level officials.
• Formal training or certification in protocol or international protocol is required.
• Knowledge of official forms of address, precedence, seating, and ceremonial requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement partnership-building activities including RTMs, conferences, forums, trainings, and events.
• Coordinate venue, vendors, travel logistics, and on-site arrangements for international delegations and government participants.
• Develop agendas, itineraries, and event materials; coordinate interpretation and translation; and provide post-event evaluation and reporting.
