Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead customers and teams to capture capability needs and drive quality solutions.
• Support the full project lifecycle with leadership on project teams and deliverables.
• Ensure SOC 2 compliance and obtain required approvals throughout the project.
• Interface with business, technical staff, and project teams to drive value.
• Lead requirements testing and defect management to minimize production defects.
• Run system reports and perform ad-hoc data analysis.
