Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years in a relevant operational area (e.g. customer service, claims, enrollment and billing) to include 3 - 5 years of technical application experience
• Strong SAS skills and experience with system integrations
• Lean/Six Sigma and PMP preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Systems or Business Administration/Management

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with customers and Developers to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
• Lead project teams through full life cycle and ensure SOC 2 compliance when required
• Provide SME support for project and production activities on complex issues and analyze cost-benefit alternatives
• Develop and execute testing plans, scenarios, and defect management to minimize production defects
• Create and run complex reports to analyze performance and outcomes
