• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years of client-facing management consulting / corporate strategy experience; insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems with creative, structured solutions.
• Outstanding writing, producing, and presenting communication skills.
• Program / project management skills with multi-stakeholder dependencies.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and digital enablement initiatives at large organizations.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
