Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5+ years of client-facing management consulting / corporate strategy experience; insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for solving complex problems.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for deliverables.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and operating model redesigns.
