Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for Financial Consolidation & Reporting to strengthen consolidation processes and reporting packages.

You will lead monthly consolidation for internal leadership and external reporting, ensure accuracy, and support new reporting system implementations. You will collaborate across accounting, finance, and business teams to resolve variances, test EPM solutions, and drive change in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA/MS degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA, active license status required.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or public company environments.
• Ability to deliver accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to propose system/process improvements.
• Knowledge of internal control requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to listen to stakeholders, articulate issues clearly, and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Run the monthly consolidation process to create financial reports for leadership and external reporting.
• Drive accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of consolidated reporting.
• Review results for unusual trends and variances; collaborate with teams to resolve.
• Test and implement consolidation/reporting processes in an EPM environment.
• Support transition to future processes using EPM.
• Assist with preparation of management reporting and disclosures.
• Support internal controls framework and drive compliance.
• Assist external/internal audits with documentation and auditor requests.
• Learn new processes/techniques to help the team adapt to change.
