Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Multimedia Design.
• 5-7+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, graphic design, and storytelling.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint, intranet platforms.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies.
• Create company-wide employee communication campaigns.
• Partner with executives to communicate priorities.
• Develop content for intranet, newsletters, town halls, leadership communications, and engagement programs.
• Measure effectiveness with analytics and feedback.
• Script, film, and edit internal video content.
• Produce executive messages and culture stories.
• Develop motion graphics for digital channels.
• Manage video production workflows.
• Create visually compelling graphics and branding.
• Ensure brand consistency across communications.
• Develop concepts to boost engagement.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on culture.
• Capture photography and video at events.
