Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Specialist to own the enterprise narrative and ensure strategy-aligned messaging across the organization.

You will translate strategy into clear employee-focused language, partner with leaders, and drive planning discipline across newsletters, intranet, town halls, and change communications. The role requires about 10 years of experience in internal and executive communications, a relevant degree, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in internal, employee, corporate, change, and/or executive communications.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise messaging frameworks and maintain consistency across leaders, campaigns, and channels.
• Strong writing, editing, and message-development skills for translating complex topics into clear employee communications.
• Experience supporting organizational change, strategic initiatives, and executive communications.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, Operations, IT, and business teams.
• Experience managing internal channels: newsletters, intranet, town halls, and CMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Weston's internal narrative and core strategic messages across leaders and channels.
• Translate strategy, ESOP identity, technical impact, and AI evolution into employee language.
• Audit messaging across newsletters, town halls, intranet, and updates for consistency.
• Develop and maintain Weston's internal communications calendar and channel plan.
• Write, edit, and distribute employee content across newsletters, intranet, and town halls.
• Advise leaders on messaging structure, tone, and consistency across leadership communications.
• Support change communications with FAQs, talking points, toolkits, and reinforcement messages.
• Surface employee stories reflecting ESOP culture, technical excellence, and mission-driven work.
• Track engagement metrics and use data to improve messaging quality and impact.
