Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, PR or marketing communications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English or related field.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with the ability to craft clear messages.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Create audience-focused content and maintain Ulteig's tone, standards and brand guidelines.
• Own and manage corporate intranet content and monitor engagement across channels.
• Own the Corporate Communications editorial calendar and ensure on-time delivery of content.
• Support town halls and company-wide meetings with presentation content and logistics.
• Develop new channels (video, digital signage, newsletters) and measure effectiveness.
