Cboe Global Markets, Inc. is seeking an Internal Communications Senior Specialist to join the Corporate Communications team in Chicago.

You will craft and edit communications for intranet, newsletters, and emails, and ensure content aligns with our corporate voice and style. You will partner with the Internal Communications Manager and cross-functionally with Marketing, Design and other stakeholders to deliver engaging employee-focused content across our global associate base.

Qualifications

• Has 5-7+ years’ experience in communications, public relations, marketing or related field.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, communications, marketing or finance.
• Is a team player who can work cooperatively and source ideas from other departments.
• Is comfortable seeking information needed to deliver content on deadline.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, professional corporate environment and is agile and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit communications materials for intranet, newsletters, emails and other documents.
• Disseminate communications internally via emails, newsletters and channels.
• Proofread newsletters, web posts, press releases, presentations and speeches.
• Maintain a central repository of content and ensure information is current.
• Update editorial calendar and manage project dashboards.
• Analyze metrics and prepare quarterly reports on internal content platforms.
• Collaborate with Design to develop graphics for internal materials.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Communications across the organization.
