The role leads a small team, develops messaging frameworks, and manages channels like intranet, newsletters and town halls while measuring impact with KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive communications experience, including internal or corporate communications.
• 5+ years of people leadership preferred.
• Experience planning large-scale employee events and town halls.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and lead employee communications programs.
