Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to lead the company’s internal communications function and act as the primary communications partner for corporate functions.

You will develop and execute enterprise internal communications, manage a small team, and oversee content, channels, events, and governance, reporting to the VP of Marketing Communications and Internal Communications.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale employee events and town halls.
• Strong knowledge of internal and corporate communications best practices.
• Ability to translate executive messages into employee-centered communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications strategy and partner with HR, IT, Safety, Compliance, Legal, Finance and other functions.
• Manage a small internal communications team and oversee content, channels, and events.
• Develop messaging frameworks, FAQs, and channel strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee governance, calendars, and editorial standards for enterprise communications.
• Drive measurement of KPIs and insights to improve engagement.
