Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. (Mitsubishi Power) is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, project coordination, and strategic events for Power Generation Services.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, and requires strong writing, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality work aligned with our brand standards and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, event support, project coordination, or related discipline.
• Experience drafting business communications, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and coordinating projects or events.

Responsibilities

• Draft internal communications including announcements, employee updates, newsletters, Viva Engage content, and business milestone communications
• Support development of presentations, talking points, briefing materials, communication plans, and supporting assets
• Support communication planning for organizational updates, employee programs, culture campaigns, and business priorities
• Coordinate communication reviews, approvals, and distribution across stakeholder groups
• Ensure messaging is clear, audience-appropriate, and aligned with brand standards
