Job Description

Do the most meaningful work of your career while enjoying our delicious pizza, too. At Domino’s, we believe in the Power of Possible. Our curiosity drives us to connect the dots and uncover opportunities that move us forward, empowering us to aim high and pursue bold, innovative outcomes.

Domino’s global communications and community team brings our Hungry for MORE strategy to life by sharing the stories of our people, franchisees and brand with audiences around the world. The team connects the people behind our brand to the mission, values and communities we serve. Across corporate offices, supply chain hubs and restaurants, we shape communications that inform, inspire and engage team members, franchisees, media and external stakeholders while strengthening and protecting the Domino’s brand.

As Director, Communications, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and lead integrated communications strategies that translate business priorities into clear, compelling narratives. You will help strengthen alignment across the Domino’s system, build trust with key stakeholders and protect and enhance the reputation of one of the world’s most recognized consumer brands. You will lead a high-performing team and work closely with partners across business units, moving between long-term planning, executive counsel and fast-moving business or reputational issues.

What You'll Do

Lead integrated strategies that align business priorities, culture, purpose and performance across corporate team members, franchisees, store teams and external stakeholders.

  • Develop executive communications and thought leadership strategies for senior leaders, including speeches, presentations, town halls, leadership meetings and other high-profile engagements.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing communications team by establishing clear priorities, operating rhythms, accountability and growth opportunities while fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Partner with franchisees and Operations leaders to translate business strategies, operational priorities and complex initiatives into clear, coordinated and actionable communications that drive understanding and execution across the Domino’s system.
  • Manage and optimize communications channels, content strategies and audience engagement approaches, using data, feedback, performance metrics and insights to improve effectiveness and refine strategy, channels, content and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide strategic oversight of storytelling, content and creative execution, ensuring communications are compelling, audience-focused and aligned with the Domino’s brand.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, business or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible communications experience, including experience leading teams and advising senior executives.
  • Experience in a complex, highly visible organization.
  • Demonstrated success developing integrated communications strategies across internal, executive, franchisee or field-based and external audiences.
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the judgment and versatility to adapt messaging for different leaders, channels and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting major business initiatives, organizational change, issues management and crisis communications.
  • Ability to understand how communications can contribute to alignment, execution, reputation and business performance.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion and composure, particularly when managing confidential, sensitive or rapidly evolving matters.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build trusted relationships across functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong people leadership skills and a record of developing engaged, high-performing teams.
