Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Internal Communications in Rochester, NY to lead division-wide internal communications that align with our Beer Division strategy and values. You will drive employee messaging, measurement, and leadership coaching across functions and geographies.

You will partner with HR, Marketing, Sales, and Legal and coordinate with teams in Rochester, Chicago, and Mexico to ensure consistent, impactful communications that engage and inspire employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.
• Five to seven years of corporate communications experience.
• Superior writing, editing, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Experience advising and coaching leaders.
• Strong organizational, planning, project, and time management skills.
• High degree of business and financial acumen.
• Ability to work independently and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lead for the Beer Division internal communications strategy and program execution.
• Develop programs to help employees understand division plans, strategy, and roles.
• Foster an inclusive, positive culture and active engagement in division goals.
• Establish processes to measure impact and improve the program.
• Collaborate with internal partners across Constellation divisions and regions.
• Provide coaching to strengthen leaders' effectiveness as communicators.
• Advise HR, Marketing, Sales, and Legal on division-wide communications.
• Manage outside agencies to deliver programs on time and budget.
• Handle confidential information with ethics and integrity.
• Prioritize initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
