Job summary

Zeno Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Employee Engagement to help develop and execute employee engagement and internal communications programs for leading organizations. You will craft content, support change management, and partner across teams to deliver high-quality programs.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking with hands-on execution, project management, and client-facing collaboration in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, corporate communications, public relations or related fields within an agency or similar environment.
• Experience supporting communications initiatives that drive employee engagement or organizational change.
• Strong writing and editing skills for multiple leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of employee engagement and internal communications programs.
• Contribute to change management communications and content that helps employees understand organizational changes.
• Draft messaging, emails, newsletters, presentations and leadership communications.
• Conduct research and identify insights to inform strategies and content.
• Support day-to-day client work and manage project timelines.
• Collaborate across teams and mentor junior colleagues.
