Job summary

Zeno Group in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Account Supervisor, Employee Engagement to lead internal communications and change programs for leading organizations. You will collaborate with clients, senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop strategies that strengthen culture and help people understand where the organization is headed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, change management or related fields within an agency.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear communication strategy.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling and presentation skills for employee and executive audiences.
• Experience leading employee engagement initiatives and organizational change.
• Experience managing client relationships and multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with research and employee insights for strategy.

• Develop and lead employee engagement and internal communications strategies.
