Job summary

Zeno Group in Chicago, IL seeks a Vice President, Employee Engagement to lead internal communications and change-management programs for major clients. You will connect business priorities with employee experiences, strengthen culture, build trust, and guide executives through complex transformations.

As a trusted advisor, you will design messaging, leadership narratives, and engagement strategies, mentor teams, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver cohesive programs that drive employee

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in communications, PR, employee engagement or related fields.
• 4+ years across organizational communications, change management, employee engagement, or executive communications.
• Proven success developing and leading employee engagement and change strategies.
• Experience advising senior executives and communicating during organizational change.
• Familiarity with internal platforms such as Firstup and Qualtrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee engagement and internal communications programs.
• Counsel senior executives and develop leadership messaging.
• Guide change management initiatives and measure impact.
• Collaborate across Corporate Affairs, Digital, Creative and Data teams.
