Job summary

You'll partner with Creative, Executive Communications and HR to translate departmental wins into Card-wide news, maintain an editorial calendar, and analyze channel performance to continuously improve outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of internal communications experience.
• 3+ years in communications preferred.
• Experience using data/analytics to inform strategy.
• Experience in financial services or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Campaign execution and storytelling to drive engagement across channels.
• Stakeholder management across matrixed leadership teams.
• Channel strategy for email, Slack, intranet, newsletters, and events.
• Story mining by interviewing stakeholders and translating initiatives into human-centered stories.
• Editorial planning and calendar management for Card-wide communications.
• Analytics and optimization of channel metrics and messaging.
• Tool adoption: leveraging AI and productivity tools to streamline workflows.
