You will drive testing strategies and promote AI tools to increase efficiency while collaborating with risk functions to maintain a robust risk profile.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of auditing experience, including public accounting or internal audit in financial services, payments, or technology.
• Knowledge of banking requirements and their applicability to IT controls and compliance.
• Strong understanding of audit principles, risk assessment, audit documentation, IT general controls (ITGCs), and SOX compliance.
• Experience auditing cloud-native environments and knowledge of cloud control frameworks.
• Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency risks as they relate to control environments.
• Ability to analyze complex information, develop practical testing strategies, and work independently to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with generative AI models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver technology and integrated audits over financial, operational, and compliance controls for Circle and its subsidiaries.
• Lead audit projects from planning through fieldwork, reporting, and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with 1st- and 2nd-line risk functions to maintain an accurate risk profile.
• Develop and promote the use of generative AI tools to streamline audit workflows and improve testing efficiency.
• Design and execute fieldwork testing strategies, including substantive tests and clear working papers.
• Evaluate control deficiencies, identify root causes, and propose remediation and control rationalization.
