Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, business admin, economics, information systems, data science, or related field.
• Five+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, internal audit, SOX/ICFR, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated SOX/ICFR experience including scoping, walkthroughs, control design, testing, remediation monitoring.
• Knowledge of COSO framework and risk assessment practices.
• Ability to lead audit workstreams and coordinate stakeholders; strong communication and skepticism.
• Travel up to 15% domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate financial, operational, compliance, and integrated audits.
• Conduct planning, fieldwork, analytics, control testing, and documentation.
• Develop risk-based audit programs and ensure workpapers meet standards.
• Communicate findings and remediation status to management and external auditors.
• Support governance, external audit coordination, and continuous improvement.
