Qualifications

• Ability to understand and analyze data, particularly financial data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of an organization and external parties.
• Ability to learn new tasks, take on additional responsibilities, and travel infrequently when necessary.

Responsabilités

• Support compliance with corporate governance rules and regulations, including the SOX.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and Internal Audit processes.
• Work with Internal Audit leadership to maintain accurate and current narrative and COSO documentation.
• Perform SOX Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting testing and document results for management review.
• Ensure SOX documentation remains accurate and sufficient throughout the fiscal year.
• Assist Internal Audit leadership with Direct Line investigations.
• Analyze new regulatory and control requirements.
• Help develop audit programs for new regulatory and control requirements.
