Job summary

Veradigm is looking for a Corporate Audit professional to support independent audit assurance and advisory services for management and the Audit Committee. The role includes SOX testing, control assessments, and risk-based reviews to strengthen governance.

You will collaborate with process owners and external auditors, develop remediation plans, and prepare management reports. Travel up to 20% may be required for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
• Strong knowledge of auditing concepts, GAAP, SOX, COSO and risk assessment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC-based automated software tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with professionals at all levels.
• Solid analytical, accounting, audit and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Corporate Audit with independent, objective audit assurance and consulting.
• Support SOX testing and design/operating effectiveness reviews.
• Coordinate walkthroughs and document processes with process owners.
• Develop remediation plans for identified control deficiencies.
• Prepare written reports for management, external auditors and the Audit Committee.
• Provide advisory services for new processes or system functionality.
