Job summary

You will develop people, partner with corporate and operational leadership, and guide the ongoing evolution of internal controls, processes, and governance to strengthen business performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting, auditing, or internal controls.
• Experience leading audit professionals.
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal audits.
• Strong communication with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Internal Auditors.
• Direct and coordinate annual SOX and PCI audit processes.
• Manage corporate and location-based internal audits from planning to completion.
• Support Audit Committee and communicate findings to leadership.
• Lead corporate compliance initiatives and investigations.
• Identify risks and improve internal controls with leadership.
• Manage multiple audits and projects to meet deadlines.
• Act as strategic thinker and change catalyst in Internal Audit.
