The ideal candidate will have substantial audit experience, a solid understanding of internal controls, and the ability to foster strong relationships within the organization.

Compensation includes an annual salary between $145,000 to $165,000 and various benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive audit experience in a large corporate or CPA firm.
• Experience leading multiple engagements and coaching auditors.
• Strong knowledge of internal control and risk frameworks (COSO).

Responsibilities

• Supports annual enterprise risk assessment and audit plan development.
• Executes annual audit plan and manages audit schedule.
• Leads integrated audits including system-enabled processes.

Data Analysis

SOX controls testing

Audit management tools (Teammate, AuditBoard, Optro)

Data analytics tools (ACL, Tableau, Power BI, Power Query)

Fluency in other languages (Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or information systems

MBA degree

CPA or CIA certification
