Job summary

National Vision is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead a portfolio of financial and operational audits, leveraging data analytics to strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement. The role requires senior audit experience, strong project management, and the ability to mentor audit teams in a matrixed environment.

The ideal candidate will manage staffing, deliver timely audit findings, and collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, and technology teams to ensure integrated audits

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal or external audit, risk management, or related field.
• Experience with SOX compliance and coordinating testing with external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a portfolio of financial and operational audits, directing staffing and stakeholder coordination to deliver the audit plan.
• Scope and deliver risk-based audits with clear, actionable findings and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics and technology into the audit process.
• Provide regular updates to Internal Audit Director and develop materials for Audit Committee as needed.
