Job summary

National Vision is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead a portfolio of financial and operational audits and build a culture of continuous improvement. The role focuses on staffing, project management, and delivering timely, actionable audit results.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in audit, strong data analytics, and experience with SOX; you will collaborate with technology, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to strengthen controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of internal or external audit experience with leadership of audits.
• Experience with SOX compliance and coordinating testing with external audit functions.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute financial and operational audits with staffing and scheduling oversight.
• Prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to identify trends and risk areas in audits.
• Provide progress updates to Internal Audit Director and stakeholders.
• Develop training materials and mentor team members for career growth.
