Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Lead audits across operational, financial, IT, compliance, and other high-risk areas.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, risk ratings, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with regulators, external auditors, and exam teams as needed.
• Supervise and develop internal audit staff, promoting independence and continuous improvement.
