Job summary

Servier is seeking a Sr Manager, Internal Auditor to bolster internal audit capabilities in the US. The role sits within a 15-person team spanning multiple countries and reports to the Director, Internal Audit.

You will guide end-to-end audits, advise on governance and controls, and partner with leadership to deliver practical, risk-based insights while maintaining independence. You will manage complex audits, engage with senior stakeholders, and support cross-functional assurance across R&D,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (CPA/CIA or equivalent preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in internal/external audit (pharmaceutical industry or Big 4 preferred).
• Knowledge of IIA Standards, COSO framework, GAAS/PCAOB standards.
• Familiarity with US Healthcare Compliance and oncology pharm value chain.
• Experience with audit software, Generative AI, and data visualization tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
• Apply risk-based planning and determine key controls and scope.
• Present findings and remediation recommendations to senior management.
• Draft concise audit reports and support across engagements.
• Coach audit staff and coordinate with external providers.
• Contribute to annual risk assessment and audit plan.
• Support integrated audits across finance, operations, and tech domains.
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to enhance audits.
