Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal or external audit, compliance testing, or risk management.
• Ability to independently execute audits end-to-end with regulator-ready documentation.
• Working knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, and consumer protection requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple audit workstreams and with co-sourced resources.
• Data analytics skills; SQL preferred for testing and analysis.
• Ability to apply generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end operational and compliance audits, including scoping, risk assessments, walkthroughs, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Own audit request tracking, open item management, and testing status with leadership updates.
• Identify control gaps and draft risk-based recommendations for improvement.
• Lead audit reporting with concise, actionable summaries for senior leadership and regulators.
• Validate remediation by assessing evidence and confirming closure sufficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Legal while maintaining independence.
