Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal/audit, external audit, compliance testing, or risk management in financial services.
• Independent end-to-end audit execution with regulator-ready docs.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions and consumer protection requirements.
• Experience managing multiple audit workstreams and coordinating with co-sourced resources.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end operational and compliance audits including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and remediation validation.
• Own audit request tracking and testing status, delivering updates to leadership.
• Identify control gaps and draft risk-based, actionable recommendations.
• Lead audit reporting with concise, leadership-ready summaries.
• Validate remediation and closure with evidence; liaise with cross-functional teams.
