Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Rail Operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure decisions are made to maximize profitability of the company.
• Ensure all CSX intermodal safety and environmental policies are adhered to by all employees and contractors.
• Oversee crew, including safety briefings and attendance.
• Perform maintenance checks on ramps and shuttle vehicles.
• Ensure proper PPE and safe loading/unloading procedures are followed.
• Assist Terminal Manager in staffing plans and training for new and existing employees.
• Coordinate daily updates across intermodal departments.
