Turner Construction Company in the Pittsburgh Main division seeks an experienced construction professional to supervise field operations, manage schedules, and ensure work meets budget, timeline, and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years in building construction, and proven ability to lead teams, apply BIM and Lean, and coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers. Strong communication and safety leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of four years' related training and at least eight years of building construction experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of general and subcontract documents, drawings, specifications, construction means, methods and materials.
• Ability to implement BIM and Lean to benefit the project.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners/ architects/ engineers for day-to-day construction activities.
• Develop and manage project work schedules identifying critical path and expediting materials/equipment.
• Lead Turner field staff including performance appraisals and coaching.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
• Develop and manage the site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with safety codes and Turner standards.
• Manage scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and staffing levels.
• Coordinate trades and resolve on-site procedures, clarifications, and issues.
• Liaise with inspection agencies; maintain permits and insurance.
• Oversee Work-In-Place billing and monthly estimates; ensure contract conformance.
