Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with related training and at least eight years of building construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications and means.
• Experience with BIM and Lean methods to benefit project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field construction, organization, planning and scheduling to complete work on time and within budget.
• Liaise with owners, architects and engineers for day-to-day activities and resolve design clarifications.
• Develop and manage site safety programs and enforce Turner standards.
• Oversee subcontractors, labor staffing, logistics, and cost control to maintain budget.
• Prepare monthly estimates, manage Work-In-Place data and ensure contractual conformance.
