Job summary

ZGF Architects is seeking a bright and driven Senior Interior Technical Designer to join our Seattle office. You will lead design efforts and mentor teams, focusing on programming, space planning, FF&E, and lighting design while delivering quality interior environments.

Expect strong Revit proficiency, collaboration with clients and consultants, and oversight from concept through construction administration. We foster inclusive culture and innovative design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Interior Design or Architecture; 15+ years' experience.
• NCIDQ or AIA preferred; complex client experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong Revit skills; knowledge of building codes and project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams from concept design through construction administration.
• Develop constructability solutions to meet project challenges.
• Detail and execute construction documents with minimal supervision.
• Maintain relationships with clients and consultants; manage fees and schedules.
