Job summary

The role requires 4+ years in interior components and systems with CAD proficiency (CATIA V5/V6) and hands-on launch experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an interior components and systems development lead.
• Experience with automotive interior components and systems.
• Proficiency creating or updating technical specifications and timelines to SOP.
• CAD proficiency for interior parts, packaging layouts and DFM studies.

Responsibilities

• Be a significant contributor to a world class Interior Components and Systems engineering team
• Create industry leading Interior Components and Systems with groundbreaking luxury, craftsmanship, performance, safety, ergonomics, and functionality
• Contribute to the packaging, engineering, release, and launch of Interior Components and Systems across the portfolio
• Work collaboratively within a cross functional marketing, design, and vehicle engineering team, prioritizing overall vehicle benefit above individual systems
• Collaborate with interior trim suppliers to ensure technical excellence and on time delivery of Interior Components and Systems
• Employ and develop effective tools and innovative approaches to support product development
