ALTEN Technology USA in Michigan seeks a Senior Interior Components Engineer to lead development of interior trim and systems from concept through SOP. You will collaborate with vehicle engineering, design, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, on-time interior solutions such as instrument panels, door trims, consoles, and headliners.
The role requires 4+ years in interior components and systems with CAD proficiency (CATIA V5/V6) and hands-on launch experience.

In this Senior Interior Components Engineer role you will be responsible for developing interior trim and systems from concept through production launch. You significantly contribute to the packaging, design, engineering release, supplier coordination, and launch of components such as instrument panels, door trims, consoles, headliners, and other interior systems. You will work closely with vehicle engineering, design, marketing, and suppliers in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, functional performance, quality, and on-time vehicle program execution.
