ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Senior Interior Components Engineer to lead development of interior trim and systems from concept to production launch. You will influence packaging, design, release, and supplier coordination while collaborating with vehicle engineering, design, and marketing teams.

The role requires deep expertise in interior components, CAD (CATIA), and a track record of successful launches in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on craftsmanship, quality, and on-time

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading interior components development.
• Experience with vehicle launches and SOP timelines.
• CAD for 2D/3D concepts, packaging layouts, and DFM studies.

Responsibilities

• Be a significant contributor to a world class Interior Components and Systems engineering team
• Create industry leading Interior Components and Systems with groundbreaking luxury, craftsmanship, performance, safety, ergonomics, and functionality
• Contribute to the packaging, engineering, release, and launch of Interior Components and Systems across the portfolio
• Work collaboratively within a cross functional marketing, design, and vehicle engineering team, prioritizing overall vehicle benefit above individual systems
• Collaborate with interior trim suppliers to ensure technical excellence and on time delivery of Interior Components and Systems
• Employ and develop effective tools and innovative approaches to support product development
