Cushman & Wakefield in Madison, WI is seeking a Sr. Project Designer to lead interior design efforts on complex projects and guide project designers through design deliverables.

You will apply space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, acoustics, and FF&E knowledge from concept to construction, while collaborating with teams and vendors. The role requires 4+ years of design experience in commercial real estate, a related Bachelors or Interior Design certification, and strong time management

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience in commercial real estate
• Revit experience required or strongly preferred
• Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, work independently

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design efforts on complex projects
• Support project designers in design deliverables review
• Contribute space planning, materials, finishes, casework, lighting and acoustics knowledge
• Execute full design process from sketch to construction
• Produce mood boards and design presentations
• Participate in internal and consultant meetings
• Provide knowledge of FF&E vendors and resources
